								Salad/Sashimi
				Chinese-style Yellowtail Sashimi
Crispy, crunchy, fresh and healthy appetizer
				◇ Ingredients ◇
Serves 2
						- 120g sashimi grade yellowtail, skin off, thinly sliced
 - 20g daikon radish, julienned
 - 20g carrot, julienned
 - 20g cucumber, julienned
 - 4 wonton wrappers, cut into strips
 - 15g peanut, crushed
 - 2 sprigs cilantro, chopped
 - 2 tbs water
 - 2tbs oyster sauce
 - 1/2 tbs soy sauce
 - 1/2 tbs toasted sesame oil
 - 1 tbs sugar
 - 1 1/2 tbs vinegar
 - frying oil, lemon wedges
 
◇ Way of making ◇
- step1.
Mix the water, oyster sauce, soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, sugar and vinegar well to make sauce. Soak the radish, carrot, and cucumber in water and drain.
 - step2.
Heat the frying oil to 180℃, add the wanton wrapper strips and deep-fry until golden brown.
 - step3.
Arrange the yellowtail, vegetables, deep-fried wanton wraps, peanut, cilantro leaves and lemon wedges. Serve with the sauce.
