				YAKITORI Yellowtail
The plump yellowtail is just like a chicken!
				◇ Ingredients ◇
Serves 2
						- 200g yellowtail fillet, cut into equal 8 pieces
 - 1 Japanese leek, cut into equal 8 pieces
 - 2 tbs flour
 - 1 tbs vegetable oil
 - 1 1/2 tbs soy sauce
 - 3 tbs mirin
 - shichimi togarashi (Japanese seven spice blend)
 
◇ Way of making ◇
- step1.
Thread two pieces of the yellowtail, leek onto each skewer, and rub with the flour.
 - step2.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add the oil. Put skewers in the pan and cook until brown.
 - step3.
Add the soy sauce and mirin to the pan and toss to coat all over.
 - step4.
Serve them with the shichimi togarashi as you like.
