				Korean Pancake with Sea Bream
Fluffy Tai in a chewy pancake
				◇ Ingredients ◇
Serves 1 - 2
						- 40g sea bream fillet, cut into sticks
 - 6g spring onion, cut into 3 to 4 pieces
 - 10g carrot, cut into sticks
 
Batter
						- 20g flour
 - 16g rice flour
 - 35g egg
 - 50㎖ water
 - Toasted sesame oil
 
dipping sauce
						- 10g vinegar
 - 10gsoy sauce
 - A pinch of red pepper powder
 
◇ Way of making ◇
- step1.
Mix the sauce ingredients except sesame oil.
 - step2.
Heat a frying pan and add the sesame oil. Pour the batter, spread it evenly, and top with sea bream, spring onion and carrot. Cook both sides over low heat until browned.
 - step3.
Take out the pancake from the frying pan and cut it into bite-size. Serve with the dipping sauce, previously mixed.
