				Beer Batter Sea Bream and Seaweed Fritto
Enjoy the ocean aroma with beer
				◇ Ingredients ◇
Serves 2
						- 100g sea bream fillet, sliced
 
Batter
						- 30g flour
 - 1g baking powder
 - 60g beer
 - Salt, pepper, dried seaweed (ao-nori), frying oil
 
◇ Way of making ◇
- step1.
Mix the batter ingredients and a pinch of salt well.
 - step2.
Sprinkle the sea bream with salt and pepper.
 - step3.
Heat the frying oil to 170℃, dip the sea bream in the batter and deep-fry.
