				Grilled Buri with Green Peppercorns
Indulge yourself with good quality fat of Buri
				◇ Ingredients ◇
Serve 1
						- 100g yellowtail fillet, skin on
 - 3g salt
 - 2g boiled green peppercorns
 - 2g coarse salt
 - 1/4 lemon wedge
 
◇ Way of making ◇
- step1.
Sprinkle the yellowtail fillet with salt and rest in the fridge for 10 minutes.
 - step2.
Grill or bake in an oven thoroughly until golden brown.
 - step3.
Drain green peppercorns and pat dry with a paper towel. Chop coarsely and combine with the coarse salt.
 - step4.
Serve the fish with green pepper salt and a lemon wedge.
