								Fried
				Yellowtail Cutlet
Fish Tonkatsu with a hint of exotic cardamon flavor
				◇ Ingredients ◇
Serves 2
						- 200g Yellowtail fillet, skin off, cut into 2 equal pieces
 - 1/4 tsp salt
 - 1/4 tsp cardamon powder
 - 2 tbs flour
 - 1 egg
 - 1-2 tbs water
 - 1 cup Panko (bread crumb)
 - shredded cabbage, frying oil, cardamon salt*
 - *Blend equal amount of salt and cardamon powder
 
◇ Way of making ◇
- step1.
Mix the flour, egg, and water to make batter.
 - step2.
Rub the fillets with the salt and cardamon powder, soak them in the batter, and coat it with the panko.
 - step3.
Heat the frying oil to 170℃, add the fillets and deep-fry until golden brown.
 - step4.
Cut the fried fish into bite size and serve with the cabbage and cardamon salt.
