				Sesame-flavored Buri Sashimi Bowl
Don’t forget that sashimi goes very well with sesame!
				◇ Ingredients ◇
Serves 1
						- 80g sashimi-grade yellowtail fillet, cut into cubes
 - 180g cooked short grain rice
 - Toasted seaweed (nori), tore into small pieces as needed
 - Toasted sesame seed as needed
 
sesame sauce
						- 5g sesame paste
 - 3g ground sesame seed
 - 8g soy sauce
 - 1g sugar
 - 1g grated wasabi
 
◇ Way of making ◇
- step1.
Mix the ingredients of the sesame sauce well. Marinate the yellowtail in it.
 - step2.
Scoop the freshly cooked rice in a serving bowl, sprinkle the seaweed and sesame seed, and top with the yellowtail.
