				Sea Bream Salad with Anchovy Cream Dressing
The New and Modern Way of Sashimi
				◇ Ingredients ◇
Serves 2-3
						- 150g sashimi grade red sea bream, skin off, thinly sliced
 - 3 anchovy fillets
 - 50g fresh cream
 - 1/2 tbs olive oil
 - 60g mixed green
 - lime juice, white pepper, pink peppercorn,
 
◇ Way of making ◇
- step1.
Combine the anchovy, fresh cream, olive oil, white pepper, and some lime juice to make the sauce.
 - step2.
Arrange the mixed green and red sea bream, drizzle with the sauce and sprinkle with the pink peppercorns.
