				Korean-style Sea Bream Sashimi with Green Onion
Sashimi turns to Korean dish with sesame and red pepper
				◇ Ingredients ◇
Serve 1
						- 40g sashimi-grade sea bream fillet, skin on
 - 20g green onion, cut into julienn
 - 3g soy sauce
 - 1g sugar
 - 1g vinegar
 - 2g toasted sesame seed
 - Red chili powder, toasted sesame oil as needed
 
◇ Way of making ◇
- step1.
Remove the sea bream skin and slice the flesh thinly. Blanch the skin in boiling water, soak it in ice water, and cut it into thin strips.
 - step2.
Combine the green onion with soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, sesame seed, and red chili powder.
 - step3.
Combine the sea bream skin and flesh with the green onion to serve.
