								Salad/Sashimi
				Seared Yellowtail “Tataki”
Add your Mi Cuit sashimi to your salad
				◇ Ingredients ◇
Serves 2-3
						- 180g sushi grade yellowtail, skin on
 - 1 tsp fried garlic
 - 1tsp fried onion
 - 60g mixed green and red onion slice
 - 2 lime wedges
 - coarse salt
 
◇ Way of making ◇
- step1.
Scorch the surface of the yellowtail, or sear it in a nonstick pan until the skin turns dark brown. Set aside to cool down.
 - step2.
Slice the yellowtail into 1cm-thick and arrange them with vegetables on a plate. Sprinkle it with the fried garlic, fried onion and salt.
