				Sea Bream and Basil Carpaccio
Sashimi in the Italian way
				◇ Ingredients ◇
- 50g sashimi-grade sea bream, thinly sliced
 - A pinch of coarse salt
 - 2 cherry tomatoes, cut into small pieces
 - 5g basil, finely chopped
 - 5g lime flesh, finely chopped
 - olive oil as needed
 
◇ Way of making ◇

Arrange the sea bream on a plate and sprinkle each slice with a bit of lime flesh and salt, tomatoes, and basil. Drizzle olive oil to serve.
