				Yellowtail Tartar
Traditional Japanese fishermen’s dish spiked in a spicy style
				◇ Ingredients ◇
Serves 1
						- 70g, sashimi-grade yellowtail fillet, chopped
 - 10g soy sauce
 - A pinch of sugar
 - 5g green onion, finely chopped
 - 3g ginger, finely chopped
 - A pinch of chopped green chili
 
◇ Way of making ◇
- step1.
Mix the green onion, ginger, green chili, soy sauce and sugar in a bowl and mix well.
 - step2.
Add the yellowtail and mix well to serve.
