								Rice Dish
				Valencian-style Rice with Sea Bream and Clams
Seafood Rice with lots of Umami
				◇ Ingredients ◇
Serves 2-3
						- 200g red sea bream, cut into 2cm cubes
 - 150g clams, rinsed
 - 200g canned tomatoes
 - 1/2 tsp salt
 - 100ml white wine
 - 250ml water
 - 300g short grain rice
 - 1 tsp olive oil
 - black pepper, flat-leaf parsley
 
◇ Way of making ◇
- step1.
Wash the rice with running water and soak in the extra water for 20 minutes.
 - step2.
Put the tomatoes, white wine, water, red sea bream, clam, olive oil, salt, and a pinch of black pepper in a pot and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Take out the fish and clams.
 - step3.
Drain the rice and put in the pot. Cook over medium heat, occasionally stirring for 5 minutes. Lower the heat, cover with a lid, and cook 5 more minutes.
 - step4.
Remove from the heat, bring the fish and clams back, put the lid back on and let stand for 5 minutes. Serve with some flat-leaf parsley.
