Korean-style Yangnyeom Fried Sea Bream

Serves 2 
						- 100g sea bream fillet, cut into bite-size
 - Cornstarch, frying oil
 
sauce
						- 10g gochujang
 - 10g ketchup
 - 2g toasted sesame oil
 - 1g soy sauce
 - 2g sugar
 
◇ Way of making ◇

Mix the sauce ingredients well.
 - step2.
Dust the sea bream with cornstarch and deep-fried until golden brown. Coat them with the sauce, previously mixed.
