				White Wine-Steamed Sea Bream Collar
Don’t waste the best part of sea bream!

Serves 2
						- 2 sea bream collars
 - 1 tsp salt
 - 250ml white wine
 - 1/2 lemon, sliced
 - 8sprigs thyme
 
◇ Way of making ◇
- step1.
- Sprinkle the sea bream collars with the salt and set aside for 10 minutes.
 
 - step2.
- Put the sea bream collars, lemon slices, and thyme in a pot, cover with a lid, and cook it over medium heat for 10 minutes.
