				Yellowtail Sashimi Bowl
Japan’s famous “donburi” with soy sauce-flavored sashimi
				◇ Ingredients ◇
Serves 2
						- 180g sashimi grade yellowtail, thinly sliced
 - 1 tbs soy sauce
 - 1 tbs mirin
 - 1/2 tsp wasabi
 - 400g cooked short grain rice
 - 30g cucumber, cut into round slices
 - 2 radish, thinly sliced
 - 1/2 sheet dried seaweed (nori), tore into pieces
 - 2 shiso leaves, tore into pieces
 - 1 spring onion, chopped
 
◇ Way of making ◇
- step1.
Mix the soy sauce, mirin and wasabi well. Add the yellowtail and soak it in the fridge for 10 minutes.
 - step2.
Scoop rice into serving bowls and arrange the cucumber, radish, seaweed, shiso leaves and yellowtail in order. Sprinkle it with chopped spring onion as you like.
