				Sea Bream and Tomato Stir-fry
Tomato doubles umami of sea bream
				◇ Ingredients ◇
Serve 1
						- 50g sea bream fillet, sliced
 - 10g cornstarch
 - A bit of green onion and ginger, minced
 - 40g tomato, peeled, cut into large chunks
 - 80g egg, whisked
 - 30g vegetable oil
 - 10g wood ear mushroom, cut into bite-size
 
sauce
						- 50㎖ stock
 - 3g cornstarch
 - Vegetable oil, salt, black pepper, sugar, umami seasoning as you like
 
◇ Way of making ◇
- step1.
Season the sea bream with salt and pepper and dust with cornstarch. Heat a frying pan and add vegetable oil. Add the green onion and ginger until they smell, put the sea bream and stir-fry.
 - step2.
Mix all the ingredients of the sauce.
 - step3.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add vegetable oil. Pour the egg and cook until it starts to set. Add the tomato and wood ear mushroom, sauce, and stir-fry over high heat until it thickens. Add the sea bream and cook quickly.
