				Yellowtail and Eggplant Stir-fry with Oyster Sauce
Yellowtail with an ethnic touch
				◇ Ingredients ◇
- 100g yellowtail fillet, cut into 2cm cubes
 - 50g eggplant, cut into large chunks
 - 40g oyster sauce
 - 5g black pepper
 - 5g cumin
 - 5g chili powder
 - Salt, frying oil
 
◇ Way of making ◇
- step1.
Heat the frying oil to 170℃ and deep-fry the yellowtail and eggplant.
 - step2.
Mix the black pepper, cumin, and chili powder, and serve it with yellowtail and eggplant on a plate. Drizzle with oyster sauce.
