				Sea Bream Prosciutto
Soak and put in the fridge. That’s it!
				◇ Ingredients ◇
Serves 2 – 3
						- 200g sashimi-grade sea bream fillet
 - 100㎖ water
 - 3g salt
 - Mixed green
 
◇ Way of making ◇
- step1.
Combine the water and salt and soak the fillet for 10 minutes. Pat dry with a paper towel. Put it in the fridge for a day to dry.
 - step2.
Slice the cured sea bream and serve with mixed green. It is also good as seared.
